We received our booking form for 10 Harry Potter inspired sleepover tents for a very last minute booking.
We were all too happy to assist Lorna (our client) and super excited for the choice of the ‘Harry Potter’ theme for her daughter celebrating her 10th birthday!
Having a creative background from my retail days we loved adding in extra details into our teepee sleepover set up…
So off we went to the shops to buy some teepee party supplies, and what more could we add other than a golden snitch using Ferrero Rochers! We printed the wing design and then glued them to the chocolate to re create a copy of the iconic prop.
Although not featured in our photos, we also provided the famous drink ‘ButterBeer’ … this went down well with the children! (All food items checked with client for any food allergies, of course.)
We used our classic A frame teepee sleepover tents which were perfect to use as a base for our Harry Potter theme-inspired props and the individual fairy lights made sleeping at night very magical. We also used the classic Harry Potter house colours throughout the teepee tent decor to bring the special theme to character and provided a selection of themed props so the children could have some fun things to do at the sleepover.
Another extra detail was our drinking glasses which we made to look like potions bottles.
